I have noticed that many of this fall and winter collections contain very interestingly textured pieces. Many materials and prints are not just plain but seem heavy and well, textured. I love it. Here are some of my favorite pieces!

Oh, shoes!

Hi!

It's autumn! I think of it as a great time to buy new shoes. I have to prepare myself for all those rainy and miserable days that are quickly approaching, and there is nothing worse than having your socks wet because of leaky shoes. It already happened to me once this year, on the first day of autumn 2012 - oh irony! It's like autumn is laughing in my face. I decided to never let this happen again and so I found myself hunting for a new pair of magic, non-leaky shoes. Here are some options I am considering, maybe in a bit cheaper version, but I want to know what you guys think! Which one is the best shoe for the present season?

Już jesień! Wspaniały czas na kupno nowych butów. Musimy się w końcu przygotować na te wszystkie deszczowe i smutne dni, które czają się już za rogiem. Moim zdaniem nie ma nic gorszego niż przemoknięte buty i mokruśkie skarpetki. Niestety, zdażyło mi się to już raz w tym roku, w pierwszy dzień jesieni - o ironio! Zdecydowałam więc, że to pierwszy i ostatni raz w tym roku więc poluję na idealne buty. Oto kilka opcji, które rozważam, może w ciut tańszych odmianach. Co o nich myślicie? Jakie buty waszym zdaniem najlepiej nadają się na obecną porę roku?

Sorry I've been absent! The last 3 weeks have bees insane! But now I'm at my parent's in Chicago! :) so I should have more time to blog :) I've missed you guys!

I want...!

Hi y'all!

Here I present some of the things that are on my current wishlist. It is impossible to show you all of the items on my wishlist... it's loooong ;) and constantly growing ;) Maybe I will make a little series with the stuff that I want, we'll see how life rolls. Oh, I also wanted to let you know that soon you should be seeing more of ME and my OOTDs. I am in the process of convincing my friend to become my photographer. Wish me luck!

Zaprezentuję dzisiaj kilka rzeczy z mojej listy pożądanych ciuszków i akcesorii. Niestety nie mogę pokazać wszystkiego, mam dwa wielkie foldery ze zdjęciami na moim laptopie... ;), które wciąż rosną.  Może zrobię serię pokazującą Wam te zdjęcia, zobaczymy co z tego wyjdzie. Acha, chcę jeszczę powiedzieć, że niebawem powinnyście widzieć ciut więcej moich własnych kreacji i strojów a co za tym idzie, więcej mnie. Jestem w trakcie pertraktacji z moim kolegą i myślę, że w końcu zgodzi się zostać moim fotografem. Życzcie mi powodzenia!

Recent purchases :)

Hi,

Today I want to present a few of my recent purchases.
All of them were bought in Europe (in Poland to be exact), because that's where I study. ;)
Here we go!

Item #1
I got this top/T-shirt at Zara. It was on sale :D I payed around 40zł, which is approximately 14 US dollars.

I really like the color, I was actually looking for something like this. I think it will look nice with the following skirt (item#2). I was a bit concerned about the top's length, it is much too long to wear with jeans, at least for me, luckily my mom agreed to shorten it a bit :) Thanks mom! I also fell in love with the bow, it's adorable! (forgot to take a closer shot of the bow, I'll do it with an OOTD sometime).

Item #2
A skirt from Cubus. Payed 40zł, and yes, it was on sale.

Maybe it's not the best quality ever, but perfect for this summer! I really really like blue clothes, pretty much in any shades of blue, beginning with pastel blue, sky blue, royal blue, blah blah blah and ending with navy blue. Gimme anything that's blue and I'll wear it. (I'm blue da beh dee da beh da...)

Another skirt! This one is from Reserved, it cost me 80zł ($28), and it was not on sale! :o

I love this skirt. I wear it all the time! I am not sure if you're able to appreciate it's pattern. It has thin white and gray stripes running down. (Again, I will make sure this is visible when I make and OOTD with it). It came with the belt, which is pretty crappy, but I don't really care as for now, maybe I'll find a nice replacement for it one day.
